Aluminium material

The APW rolling tower has a straight connecting pen and is made of extrusion aluminium material. You could call this scaffold the 'standard' or 'universal' rolling tower.

How does it work?

When building up you put the building frame straight on top of the other frame. Then you secure the frames with a security clip. This scaffold is interchangeable with different other brands and the HT rolling tower from APW.

Rolling tower wheels

Up to 9 meter of platform height the APW rolling tower is delivered with aluminium adjustable spindles with rubber wheels. However, you can always choose nylon wheels if desired. From 10 meter platform height we always deliver nylon wheels because of the loading capacity.

Sizes

The rolling tower is available in widths of 0.75 and 1.35 m and lengths of 1.90, 2.50 and 3.05 m. The maximum working height of the 0.75 m tower is 14 m, the 1.35 m tower has a maximum working height of 22 m.

Maximum load

The maximum load is 250 kg per platform at equal distribution. Maximum load per complete rolling tower is 750 kg. in total.

Quality is important for APW, we therefore set high standards for our products. The APW rolling tower is produced in accordance with European standards NEN EN 1004 and NEN EN 12811- 1.
